Returns: At Loops & Pluto, we want you to love and enjoy what you order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund. Returned items must come back to us in their original condition (not washed or worn).
To submit a refund request, login to your account and click "View the orders I have made." Under each product you ordered, you will see a link to submit a return. Once you fill out the return form, you will be given a RMA number that you can use to track your return. To qualify for a refund or exchange, you will need to submit a return form and receive a RMA number within 7 days of package arrival. No refunds are available for sale items.
