Shipping Prices & Delivery
At Loops & Pluto we only charge a small flat rate shipping price. This means the shipping price won't increase with the amount of awesome t-shirts you purchase. Actually, if you spend over $75 we reward you with FREE shipping (within the USA). Aren't we nice? Here's a breakdown of the shipping costs...

*Extra postage will be applied for shoes and bag purchases.
*International postage is only flat rate for up to 10 t-shirts purchased at once.
Depending on the location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Loops & Pluto and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.
All in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Items on backorder will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service. |
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a delivery confirmation number will be sent to you via email. This number can be used at the www.usps.com to track the delivery of your package. You may also obtain this number by logging in to your Loops & Pluto account. Please understand that this is not actually a tracking number, but instead a confirmation of when your item was delivered. International customers are provided with a USPS shipment ID, which unfortunately does not provide any tracking information. |
Returns
At Loops & Pluto, we want you to love and enjoy what you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund.
To submit a refund request, login to your account and click "View the orders I have made." Under each product you ordered, you will see a link to submit a return. Once you fill out the return form, you will be given a RMA number that you can use to track your return. To qualify for a refund or exchange, you will need to submit a return form and receive a RMA number within 15 days of package arrival. No refunds are available for shipping costs and sale items. Shipping costs to send any non-damaged items back to Loops & Pluto is the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must come back to us in their original condition. We will not accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. If the value of the items returned is greater than $200, a 10% restocking fee will be charged. That's why we honor our Price Match Guarantee. If you are about to make a purchase and discover a lower advertised price offered by a different retailer on an item sold in our store, let us know and we'll match that price on the spot.
Already made your purchase? We'll refund you the price difference from our own sale price. Either way, simply contact us with a link to the other retailers web site.
