Are you still dispatching orders as normal?

All orders are currently being dispatched within 2 to 3 days, usually sooner.

You will be receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


What is the UK current delivery time frame?

Myhermes are currently delivering within 2 to 5 days.


Why has the option for faster shipping disappeared?

Unfortunately due to the current situation, couriers are unable to meet the deadline of quicker delivery.

Once the situation calms and we have information that deliveries can go as planned, then this service will be re introduced.


Will there be any delay to receiving a parcel?

At the moment due to the current situation, we cannot guarentee the stated delivery times. This is due to the amount of parcels currently in the couriers system and they are working with less staff.

Most parcels are being delivered within 2 to 5 days.


What measures does Myhermes have in place for the current situation?

Your delivery will be sent with Myhermes. These companies have put extra measures in place to ensure deliveries still go ahead and are minimising delay where possible. Please note: All delivery companies are working extremely hard during this difficult time and as such, there may be a slight delay during this current time which is unavoidable.

Note: If you are self isolating the worker who is delivering your parcel will firstly knock on your door and then leave the parcel by your door, confirming you have received the parcel from a safe distance away. Simply leave a note on your door to make delivery companies aware.

Myhermes deliveries - They will be dispatched as normal and whilst your parcel is in transit, you are able to choose a safe place as a delivery option. You can do this by go to www.myhermes.co.uk and entering your tracking number. Once you have entered your tracking number, towards the top of the page it will give you the option of leaving the parcel in a safe place. If however you are out, Myhermes will try and look for a suitable location for delivery such as a porch and will take a delivery photo just incase you are unable to see where they have left the parcel. The delivery photo can be viewed by going onto their website and typing in your tracking number, scroll towards the bottom of the page.


Is the current situation effecting just UK orders or International Orders as well?

We hope that all parcels arrive at the destination on time. At the moment, unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed and this effects both UK and International Orders.


My country is not listed, will you still ship to me?

Great to hear you are interested in our products. Please contact us before proceeding with the purchase as we need to make sure that we are able to delivery to you. Selected countries are not accepting parcels at this moment. The list of countries not accepting parcels changes on a regular basis, so will double check this list and get back to you either saying yes and the cost of postage or unfortunately not at this time, but at a later date you can purchase.


I think my parcel is lost, please help?

We are able to supply with all orders a tracking number, so please do refer to this tracking number to see if there any updates with your parcel. Parcels are taking slightly longer at the moment, so please be patient. If you still feel your parcel is lost after a reasonable time, please get in touch: hello@loopsandpluto.com and we will look into your query.


I would like a parcel quicker, can you provide this service?

Yes, please let us know and order well in advance if the parcel is for a special event such as birthday etc. via email: hello@loopsandpluto.com and we will look into available quicker shipping options. Please note: there will be an additional cost, to be determined through email communication.
