Delivery

We are moving warehouse! Exciting times at Loopsandpluto but unfortunately whilst we are moving orders may be subject to a delay. We hope the delay is minimal and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Current dispatch time: Up to 5 working days.

UK Delivery



Dispatch times: All orders using Evri (standard delivery option) Monday - Friday will be dispatched within 2 days If you order and choose Royal Mail delivery option before 3:45pm Monday - Friday, we will dispatch same day (lucky for us, the post office is just round the corner!)

Note: We will dispatch Monday-Friday. If ordering over the weekend, then your order will be dispatched Monday/Tuesday



We now offer three delivery solutions for your parcels; Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail 48 and Evri 3-5 day.

Service Courier Delivery Times Cost
Standard delivery Evri 3 to 5 days from dispatch. £2.99 or FREE when you spend £30.00.
Tracked 48 Royal Mail 2 days from dispatch. £3.99 per order
Tracked 24 Royal Mail 1 day from dispatch. £4.99 per order.

Your parcel will be handled by Evri/Royal Mail. A tracking number and link will be provided automatically to your emails once your order has been dispatched. Please check your junk mail too!

Please note: The delivery time stated will be when we dispatch, not when you have ordered. Delivery times above are estimated and can differ during busy periods such as christmas etc. Please order early to avoid disapointment. We may also use alternative courier at our discretion.



International Delivery

By accepting our delivery quote, you are also accepting our terms stated below and in our terms and conditions.

Terms: International Deliveries are accepted through our company however we are not liable for custom charges/taxies/duties as they are out of our control. If an item is held at local customs / wrong address provided / customs unable to contact the customer by phone or email etc then returned to us, we are not liable to offer a refund for the outbound shipping costs.
