UK Deliveries

Standard Delivery - £3.99 All orders under £15, postage within the UK costs £3.99. This will be sent by Royal Mail delivery for light parcels. For heavy parcels, we will send via alternative courier.

VIP Upgrade your parcel for £3.99

- Receive priority treatment as your order will be dispatched on the same or next day. Your order will also arrive within 1-3 days. This is a perfect choice for last minute gift shoppers or those that cannot wait to receive their goods!

Dispatch information

All items are dispatched within 2 days and delivered 3-5 days(via standard delivery). VIP upgrade delivery, dispatch time is between 1-2 days(usually same or next day) however delivery is quicker at usually 1 to 2 working days.

Items are dispatched Monday to Friday. If an item is ordered on Saturday or Sunday, your item will be dispatched either Monday or Tuesday. Please note: We do not dispatch on a bank holiday as the courier/Royal Mail is unable to pick up parcels on this date. If your parcel is bought slightly before or on a bank holiday, your item will be dispatched on the next working day, so may only be slightly delayed. If your parcel may be slightly delayed for any reason, we will notify you by email straight away.

Which delivery companies do you use?

We use Royal Mail (for lighter/small parcels) and DPD/Myhermes/Collectplus (for larger sized/weighted items) as standard and you will be given a tracking number upon dispatch. You should expect to see your parcel within a matter of days in the UK and up to 28 days for worldwide customers. Once dispatched, you will receive a notification email with tracking number. - Please Note: At our discretion we may use another courier at any given notice.

How do I track my parcel?

... We will send you over a link in your dispatch email which takes you to either Royal Mail/DPD/Myhermes/Collectplus specific tracking page. From there, you will be able to enter the tracking number we will provide you. If the email is blank or does not work, will work with you the customer to resolve the issue by usually sending an email shortly after with the correct link to track your item. If this has not occurred, please do give us a quick email: hello@loopsandpluto.com


International Deliveries



We can ship WORLDWIDE! Please select international shipping at checkout. Price of shipping depends on the weight on the product and its destination. Some products are excluded from international shipping as they are fragile or very heavy, see product description. We only post to domestic households and not businesses for international postage.



Ireland - We charge £9.00 per order. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail or by selected couriers; Night Line or Hermes depending on order value/weight. Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. All orders dispatched on a 3-7 working day service. Note: All counties are included in this service. Please ensure the EIRCODE(also known as postal code) is correct and a contact number is given on the order to ensure smooth delivery.

Germany - The cost of this service is £10.00. This is charged no matter how many items, so fill your cart. We use Myhermes for this service and they aim to deliver within 3 to 7 working days.

Spain - The cost of this service is £10.00. This is charged no matter how many items, so fill your cart. Our courier delivers to mainland Spain only. We use Myhermes for this service and they aim to deliver within 3 to 7 working days.

USA - The cost of this service is £20.00. This is charged no matter how many items, so fill your cart. We use DPD for this service and they aim to deliver within 3 to 6 working days.

Customs/invoicing - In order to comply with customs, we must send an invoice attached to your purchase. This allows customs should they ever need to, contact ourselves or yourself. Therefore, your details will be shared in this exception only.

Duties - International orders may be subject to custom/import charges/duties we are are not liable for as a business.

Exclusions - Some items are excluded from international delivery due to their fragile nature, please check the individual item as it will be clearly stated in bold if not available for international buyers.
