UK Christmas Delivery Times

Due to the current times in the run up to Christmas, we would highly recommend to order EARLY if you can, to save the hassle nearer Christmas and then you can relax.


Any orders placed before 10am 21st December, will be dispatched before the recommend last posting date.

However, please be advised this date is only estimated, taken straight from Myhermes directly and we would encourage customers to order early to avoid disappointment, as potentially couriers will have more parcels then ever to deal with this year!

At the moment all parcels are received within 5 days, which is great news however please do not leave present buying till last minute because at this time of year, we are unable to guarantee delivery times as stated, sorry.

Please be aware, our chosen courier Myhermes will be unable to pick up parcels from us over the selected Christmas period...25th - 28th December. We are open 24/7 however your dispatch time may be longer due to this reason.

Dispatch and delivery updates.
We are continuing to dispatch within 3 days. We continue to monitor delivery times and ALL items are getting delivered within their time frame of 2 to 5 working days. However, we are unable to guarantee the service provided due to the amount of parcels currently in couriers system, they are working as fast they can and thank you for your patience during this time (this applies to both UK mainland and International parcels).

International Orders - We are still shipping to select countries.

We use Royal Mail and Myhermes depending on the weight of the parcel. Whilst we have stated their usual delivery time frame, we are unable to guarantee due to current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 and the amount of parcels is much larger than ever before in the delivery network. Please be patient before contacting us, check your tracking information, as your order may arrive after delivery expectations.

If your country is not listed below for international shipping, please contact us as some countries do have restrictions sending parcels at the moment.

International Christmas delivery information - Unfortunately, it has now passed the recommend dispatch date for international orders to guarantee Christmas delivery. You may still place an order but we cannot guarantee the delivery date your parcel arrives.

UK Deliveries


Standard Delivery - £2.99 All orders under £30, postage within the UK costs £2.99. This will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class delivery for light parcels. For heavy parcels, we will send via alternative courier using an equivalent service.

Next day delivery - Coming soon!

In a hurry? need a present quick? - this solution could be for you! Introducing next day delivery. Simply order before 11:00am and your items will be delivered the very next working day. Choose the "next day delivery" option at the checkout page.

Dispatch information

All items are dispatched within 2 days and delivered 2-5 days(via standard delivery).

Items are dispatched Monday to Friday. If an item is ordered on Saturday or Sunday, your item will be dispatched either Monday or Tuesday. Please note: We do not dispatch on a bank holiday as the courier/Royal Mail is unable to pick up parcels on this date. If your parcel is bought slightly before or on a bank holiday, your item will be dispatched on the next working day, so may only be slightly delayed. If your parcel may be slightly delayed for any reason, we will notify you by email straight away.

Note: Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

Which delivery companies do you use?

We use Hermes and Royal Mail (for lighter/small parcels) and DPD/Myhermes/Collectplus (for larger sized/weighted items) as standard and you will be given a tracking number upon dispatch. You should expect to see your parcel within a matter of days in the UK and up to 28 days for worldwide customers. Once dispatched, you will receive a notification email with tracking number. - Please Note: At our discretion we may use another courier at any given notice.

How do I track my parcel?

... We will send you over a link in your dispatch email which takes you to either Royal Mail/DPD/Myhermes/Collectplus specific tracking page. From there, you will be able to enter the tracking number we will provide you. If the email is blank or does not work, will work with you the customer to resolve the issue by usually sending an email shortly after with the correct link to track your item. What happens if I am not in to receive the parcel?

With all parcels we send over a tracking number. Myhermes will allow the option for parcels to be delivered to a safe place, they call it a "parcel diversion". A safe place can be defined as; Garage, shed, Neighbour, Porch etc.

How do I divert my parcel?

If you have a parcel that’s due to be delivered and you’d like to divert to a neighbour or safe place, first go to the parcel tracking page -

Enter your parcel’s 16-digit tracking number and delivery postcode. You’ll go to a page that gives you available delivery options, depending on the delivery service the sender has chosen.

International Deliveries

We can ship WORLDWIDE! Please select international shipping at checkout. Price of shipping depends on the weight on the product and its destination. Some products are excluded from international shipping as they are fragile or very heavy, see product description. We only post to domestic households and not businesses for international postage.

*Price shown is per 2kg parcel. The perfect excuse to buy lots of items as you only pay the one postage! If your parcel is over 2kg, will be in contact to discuss options.

Working days are classed as Monday to Friday. The delivery timescales are given to us by the courier companies and they are given as their best estimate. Whilst they try to deliver within these times, this cannot be guaranteed.

Important information about International Deliveries, Please Read below;

Customs/invoicing - In order to comply with customs, we must send an invoice attached to your purchase. This allows customs should they ever need to, contact ourselves or yourself. Therefore, your details will be shared in this exception only.

Duties - International orders may be subject to custom/import charges/duties we are are not liable for as a business.

Exclusions - Some items are excluded from international delivery due to their fragile nature, please check the individual item as it will be clearly stated in bold if not available for international buyers.
