Yes, if the item develops a fault or currently has a fault, you are able to return this item. Please note; If the item is 30 days or less old, we will provide a refund on this purchase. If over, a credit note against future purchases may be offered, this will be discussed with purchaser.

Yes if within 14 days of purchase date and the item must be in pristine saleable condition for the item to be considered.

Please discuss with us via email if you are wanting to return an item; hello@loopsandpluto.com. You will be given our warehouse address to send the item back too. Also, a RMA (returns authorisation number) will be issued. Returns will not be considered if an RMA number is not visible on the parcel. Please note: Loopsandpluto are not liable for return postage costs.
