What are the delivery charges?

We offer efficient delivery to all our customers. £3.99 shipping applies to all orders under £15, FREE delivery if you spend £15. International customers - starting from £7.50, depends on size/weight of order - see checkout for further information.

Do you supply a tracking number?

YES! All orders are sent using a tracking number. We will send over your tracking number once the items have left for delivery and also the link to the post office/courier website. International customers, tracking will only be available for the UK and not outside the Uk.

When will I receive my delivery?

We aim to dispatch all products within 48 hours. All items are sent via Royal Mail or Myhermes depending on weight. You should receive your parcel within 3-5 working days. Keep an eye out for you all important dispatch email!

Do orders require a signature?

In order to protect ourselves as a company, we require all orders to provide a signature by the recipient. If you are unable to receive a parcel, maybe put in your work address? as we are unable to change the address once left us unfortunately.

Can I return an item?

If the item is faulty within 14 days of you receiving the product, the item may be returned back to us. Please contact us further regarding returns information. Items that are a change of mind, we are unable to accept, sorry.

Ive seen a product cheaper elsewhere, can you price match? We are able to price match against any other retailer however you must meet our price match t&c to be suitable. T&C's - The product must be in stock, not on sale, not in clearance, we do not price match against: ebay/amazon/brick and mortar stores. Full price must be considered including the postage and packaging. To submit a price match: with the details of store (link required), store name and price including delivery.

How does a pre-order work?

Items we currently have out of stock are sometimes available to pre order. The items you have ordered will be dispatched once the stock has replenished. You should see a estimate date of arrival when we are likely to receive stock. All customers who have pre ordered items will be notified when back in stock. Payment is taken at the time of purchase and not when the item is back in stock.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Stripe and Paypal for credit/debit card payments. Payments made are secure and 100% safe. Your details are not stored anywhere in our system.
